About Us
Gino was born in Manhattan, New York and lived in the surrounding borough of the bronx and Westchester. As a yoot (youth), Gino honed his craft in Manhattan and neighborhood establishments including butcher and fish markets, learning recipes and techniques that have been handed down for generations. Gino has acquired (that’s on a need to know basis) authentic recipes from all over the country, namely; Boston, Memphis, Miami, Louisiana, Texas, Cali, AZ, and Southern States.
Since New York is a melting pot of people from all over the country and world, you can practically throw a rock and hit a different ethnic restaurant. When Gino moved to Arizona he realized how difficult it was to get good home-style cooking to your neighborhood. If there is a particular food or recipe from your home town that you would like to have you can request it and Gino will do his best to make it and share it with the rest of the neighborhood as a featured dish.
